Cannot perform a cyclic copy
There was no cyclic copy at all, not sure what the issue was, but I changed the directories I was copying and the problem went away.
Host is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
I'm not sure what caused the issue, but I ran mysqladmin flush-hosts and the problem didn't come back.
