Either start GlassFish Enterprise Server v3 (NetBeans Bundle) by command line (<glassfish_install_dir>\glassfish\bin\asadmin.bat start-domain <name_of_domain>), or install standalone GlassFish Enterprise Server v3 (which includes start menu icons to start/stop GlassFish Application Server) over NetBeans Bundle GlassFish install folder, then starting GlassFish Server

This was tested on following system configuration: Windows XP SP3 NetBeans IDE 6.8 with GlassFish Enterprise Server v3 (Final, not Prelude)
