Run \x86\Setup\x86\SQLServer2005_BC.msi on the SQL Server 2008 install DVD. (I am sure that this file can be downloaded from somewhere on microsoft.com as well.) For DTS support, select both of the first two items to install - Backwards Compatibility tools and SQL-DMO.
